The Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack # SA803 unfortunately isn't confirmed to fit a 2020 Toyota RAV4. If you wanted to haul 3 bikes then your best option would be to install a trailer hitch like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR and use a hitch-mounted bike rack like the Saris Bones Hitch Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # SA883.
