Hello Can you please help me with the most current wiring diagram and wire colors to connect a 7-way connector to my truck?? 2006 Ford F150

Yes, We have a diagram on our wiring page (see link). This diagram is viewed from the inside of the connector where the wires attach. If your truck has a 4-Way connector we have a 7-Way installation kit,item # 37185, that will make installation of a 7-Way connector at the rear of your truck easy. You will plug in the existing 4-Way and then wire the trailer brake, power, and auxillary wires to the circuits needed. The brake feed and power feed should be found along the trailer frame and can be spliced into just in front of the tow package connection (see video).
If you need the factory wiring colors for the 2006 F-150 then you will need to use a circuit tester, item # 3808, to determine which wires supply which functions to the connector.
