I have the Ford Universal Adapter 58531rail kit. Will the BandW Patriot fit ?

Hello Fred. The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3200 will work with any of the universal or industry standard 5th wheel rails. The 58531 rail kit also uses the industry standard rails, so the B&W patriot hitch will be compatible.
