Are Advent AC Units Compatible w/ Micro Air Thermostats?

Question:
I am thinking of purchasing one of these Advent 15k btu for a third AC in my camper. My question with this being a totally new install I would like to add a micro air thermostat to the unit. Can this be done on these Advent ACs? I know Micro Air makes thermostats for Dometic and these units are advertised as a dometic replacement. So curious if Advent can be operated with different thermostat or only can operate with their own thermostat that comes with the complete AC kit.

No, I am sorry. I checked with Micro Air and their thermostats are not compatible with Advent AC Units like the item # ADV56FR you were looking at. Dometic replacement just means it's got the correct wiring adapter.
A comparable unit that is compatible with a Micro Air thermostat is the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup item # FR42PV.
