Hello Sandra, thanks for reaching out. Our best option for replacing/upgrading from the Magnetek 6345 will be the Progressive Dynamics Replacement Section for AC/DC Power Distribution Panel # PD4645V. This is made specifically to replace the Magnetek model 6345 and will work with flooded lead acid, AGM, lithium, and gel batteries.
The Go Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger # 34266168 is rated for 45 amps, so this would technically be a suitable replacement for the Magnatek series 6300 model 6345, but it does not work with lithium batteries.
