Hello Sandra, thanks for reaching out. Our best option for replacing/upgrading from the Magnetek 6345 will be the Progressive Dynamics Replacement Section for AC/DC Power Distribution Panel # PD4645V. This is made specifically to replace the Magnetek model 6345 and will work with flooded lead acid, AGM, lithium, and gel batteries.

The Go Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger # 34266168 is rated for 45 amps, so this would technically be a suitable replacement for the Magnatek series 6300 model 6345, but it does not work with lithium batteries.

@Lyle Yes the Progressive Dynamics Replacement Section for AC/DC Power Distribution Panel # PD4645V is compatible with Lithium batteries. Do you know the model number of the current converter?

@Jose Yes you can absolutely use a Go Power converter in place of a progressive dynamics. As long as the amperage and battery type match that will be just fine. The Go Power # 34266168 you were looking at is a 45 amp model and works with flooded lead acid and AGM batteries. What kind of batteries will you be using?

@Jose Your old converter likely had positive, negative, and a separate ground wire, while the Go Power unit only uses positive and negative terminals. You’ll connect your main positive to the + terminal and your main negative to the – terminal on the new converter. That third ground wire doesn’t go to the converter anymore. It should already be tied into your trailer’s frame. As long as your battery negative is properly bonded to the chassis, everything will ground correctly and the system will work as intended.
