Does this item MA00-03812B include the fan guard? Our application would be side mount. Please let me know the part number if it is a separate item.

Hey Steve, yes the MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03812B that you referenced does include the rain guard that allows it to side mount without allowing water in. It is in the bottom right part of the picture I attached.
