The video at the product page of the install mentions nothing about the inability to fit the full size spare back once this hitch mount is installed. What is accurate: it does or does not allow fit of your full size spare to the 2023 Grand Cherokee L?

Sorry for any confusion there; to clear things up I can tell you that full-size spare tires (anything larger than 18") will NOT be able to be stored under your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L when installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C96NR.
