The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C96NR does fit your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with a full size spare tire, but you would not be able to keep the spare tire stored after the hitch is installed, which is what I think you were referring to.

For reasons I am unable to explain, manufacturers have not made a hitch for your '23 Grand Cherokee L that allows the full size spare to remain under the vehicle.
