Question:
I have a 2015 NEO trailer equipped with a Dexter Breakaway Brake. The key that fits into the housing mounted near the trailer tongue has come up missing. Two questions: 1. What can I use temporarily to make sure the brakes dont engage while towing, and more importantly, 2. How soon can I get a replacement key? Thanks

Hey Joel, to answer your first question I'm not entirely sure what you can do temporarily considering that the key that fits into the Dexter Trailer Breakaway Kit # 34-285 uses a special shape that wouldn't be easily replaceable.
I'd just recommend waiting until you get the Replacement Breakaway Switch with Cable and Pin for Dexter Trailer Breakaway Kit # K71-691 before towing your trailer again.
Also, since the delivery times can change I'd recommend just checking what on the product page for the most accurate info.
