I need to add about 3” of hight to make this deck over

Based on your picture the axle is already on top of the leaf springs so a flip kit like # K71-384-00 is out of the question. The only lift kit we have outside of the axle flip is the Correct Track # RR23QX. However, this maxes out at 2-1/4" so it won't be enough. The only remaining option would be to cut off your old hangers and install taller ones to raise the height. You will need to measure your existing hangers and add 3" to find the right replacement.
