2023 4 runner looking at purchasing this set up do you have a j bar that’s not collapsible and is lift assist long enough with factory lift and 17 tires?

The Malone DownLoader Kayak Roof Rack w/ Lift Assist and Tie-Downs # MPG114MD-351XL is our only option for a J-style with the load assist. I can tell you we were able to use this on a 2015 4Runner which you can see in the video below but I don't have any information on a lift or the tire size. The load assist is 98-1/4" tall when retracted so you can use that measurement to get a good idea if it will work for your vehicle. You may also want to check out the Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898. The load assist on this carrier hangs down so it doesn't have legs that need to reach the ground.
