Wrong Size Fitting for a BrakeSync System and a Demco Air Force One

Question:

I have a 2017 Holiday Rambler XE 2016 chassis. It has BraakeSync from the factory. Ive installed DM23MV on my 2017 Lincoln MKX. All is good except the air fitting on the coach is smaller than the connection on the airhose.

Glad you got it all set up but that's interesting your Rambler's fitting is a different size. The Demco Air Force One item # DM23MV you purchased is specifically designed for the factory BrakeSync fittings. I don't know if yours got swapped out by a previous owner or what and I have no idea what size it is. The easiest way to correct this would be to swap the fitting out on your RV.

I recommend taking the Air Hose item # DM97ZR to your local hardware store and matching the male fitting on the hose up with the right size female fitting. Then replacing the female fitting on your RV. You'll want to go find the section where all the air compressor parts are. In our Homedepot and Lowes they're in the plumbing sections.
