Question:

Will this work with a Freightliner chassis equipped with BrakeSync? I have two standard DEMCO hoses purchased previously from you after I damaged the original one but I am buying a new coach on a new Freightliner XC chassis and would like to convert those hoses rather than purchase new ones. Is it the same as the male end of a DM97ZR?

Hey Tom,

Both end fittings on that Jumper Kit # DM97ZR are not replaceable, so the fittings would not be able to be changed or converted. Anytime those hoses are damaged the way to replace it is just getting the hose itself. I recommend getting a new hose as trying to convert the hose fittings could damage them and not allow them to hook up correctly causing more issues.

@NickS I have not yet, because I have not purchased the new unit yet. I saw one yesterday and actually saw the unique Freightliner connector. I will be purchasing a hose once I have the coach here.
