Im looking to replace the 1621 pin box on my Grande Design Reflection 303 RLS with a Reese Goosebox. For the weight of my fifth I only need a 16K version of the goosebox but would like to install a Gen 3 based on some of the changes. Although overkill there shouldnt be any reason why I cant go with the 20K goosebox is there?

No, not at all! You will be all good with the extra capacity. Since you have a Lippert 1621 pin box and you're looking to get a Gen 3 goosebox you will want the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter item # RP85FR.
You will also need the Reese Safety Chain Kit with Clevis Hooks item # RP49151. These are not included with the goose box but are legally required.
