I looked at some pictures of the 2021 Keystone Carbon 418 Toy Hauler you purchased, and since it has a tappered nose you may be able to have decent cab to trailer clearance using a Reese Goose Box to tow it with your new 2021 Ram 3500 Short bed, but it will still not allow a full 90 degrees of turning clearance.

The best way to get the additional turning clearance is going to be using a sliding hitch like B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3670 which gives you 12" rearward clearance when making a sharp turn.

If you decide to go with the Reese Goose Box you will need to determine which model pin box your trailer has. You will need to look at the pin box and look for a four digit model number like 1116 or 1621. If you do not find that number just send me a picture of the pin box serial number sticker and I would be happy to identify it for you.

There are two different models of the Reese Goose Box:

The # RP85FR which has a 20000lb trailer weight rating and replaces the Lippert 1621, 1621HD, and 0719, or the 1116 and 1716 pin boxes by using spacer kit # RP61301.

The # RP94716-61301 which also has a 20,000lb trailer weight rating and replaces the Lippert 0115, 1116 and 1716 pin boxes.

Thanks for the picture! I reached out to my contact at Lippert and based on the information on your pin box serial number sticker your pin box is an 1116 with a 19000lb rating. The correct Reese Goose Box for your trailer will be the # RP85FR which has a 20000lb rating, and you will also need the spacer kit # RP61301 as well.
