Question:

I am looking at a 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire Kendra Load D tire on a galvanized rim. I am concerned due to many reviews about the quality of the galvanized rim finish. Is there any upgraded galvanized rim that you offer or are they all the same. Thanks!

In the galvanizing process, depending on how the manufacturer dries the wheels some of it can run to one side making the wheel out of balance. That is an issue you are going to run into with many wheel manufacturers.

As long as you are not using your trailer wheels for saltwater applications, I recommend going with a white powdered coat steel wheel and tire combo like # AM30859. With this wheel you still get excellent rust resistance, style, and none of the issues associated with galvanized wheels.
