Hey Ronald, great question!
I personally like the design of the Demco UMS Double Pivot # DM37VR jaw system a little more than the dual jaws for the B&W Companion # BWRVK3710, but since the Companion comes with a lifetime limited warranty and the Companion itself is a fantastic hitch I recommend going with the B&W over the Demco.
