Fogatti Tankless Water Heater E3 Error Code

Question:
I have a Fogatti tankless water heater displaying E3 when we attempt to use it. I see what the error code means but what can I do to remedy this issue? I just replaced the main circuit board unit. I also cut and rewired the thermostat controller would that be my problem? Thank you for any help!

The E3 is a fail code for the thermostat on your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR. More specifically it says the temperature control is detecting a fail. You will want to check the temperature controller connection along with the probes. It could be an issue with the thermostat controller as you mentioned if it was not wired correctly or was somehow damaged.
For further assistance you will want to contact Fogatti directly as they will be able to give you more in depth ways you can test your different sensors to determine what is at fault.
