Tools Needed To Drive In A Trailer Hub Grease Seal

Question:

i bought a full set of brakes drum/hub kit, etc x 4 for my trailer today the rear seal isnt pre-installed. no problems there,. the question is...doy ou have seal press tool for nicely pushing that rear grease seal part# 010-036-00 into the hub assembly?

Hi Steve,

Yes, we offer the 7-Piece Installation Set for Bearings, Races, and Seals # PTW83020, which you can use to drive in your grease seal # TMK98ZR. If you're ever in a pinch you can also use a block of wood that's longer than the inner diameter of the hub bore hole to drive in the seal without pressing it too far in.
