Question:

I have an entry door lock issue but not sure if this is one of your locks. It is a 2015 Entegra Aspire. The top deadbolt snapped off. Can you identify this part? I can send photos.

Hi Martin,

If your entry door lock is broken then you're looking at a complete replacement of the lock as manufacturers don't offer replacement parts. You'll want to remove the inner portion of the door lock and measure the cutout hole. We currently only offer two options for motorhomes:

Bauer Products European Style Motorhome Entry Lock # BA58AR (cutout hole requirement: 7-7/16" tall x 3-3/4" wide)

Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock # BA64FR (cutout hole requirement: 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall)

If your cutout hole doesn't match these two sizes then you can reach out to Bauer Products, Global Link, or Trimark to see if they have a compatible replacement. You can also reach out to the manufacturer of the RV to get a replacement.
