Hey Clint,
In order to use the CE Smith Bow Roller for Skiff Boat Trailers # CE29791 you would need to get two rollers and a 5/8" diameter bolt with a locknut and washers to secure the rollers to your bow roller mounting bracket on the trailer. For the length you'll need to measure the width of the bracket and rollers. You should be able to find all the necessary hardware at your local hardware store.
