Today we'll be looking at the CE Smith bow roller for skiff boat trailers. Now, if your bow rollers are damaged or maybe they're just crumbling and falling apart, this is going to be a replacement for that piece on your skiff boat trailer. It's going to allow your boat to roll up without any worries about marring your boat.It's made of a durable polyvinyl chloride or PVC construction, so we don't have to worry about it crumbling over time like can happen with rubber, a lot of times it dries out and cracks and just falls apart. This is going to be great for use in freshwater and salt water. We don't have to worry about it crumbling and falling apart on us, so it's going to last a long time, but it's still pliable enough that it absorbs road shock, so it will give us a little bit of cushion for our boat, and it's not going to leave any scuffs or scratches on our boat hull.It comes in this nice amber color. We'll have our pre-drilled hole through there so you can mount it up.
Now, it doesn't come with any hardware or any mounting brackets. You can purchase this separately here at etrailer.com. We've got roller shafts, mounting brackets, all those parts available here separately.As far as dimensions, the diameter of our roller is about 8-1/2" and the diameter of that pin shaft is about 5/8".
