Recently bought aluminum retrax cover for my 2013 Chevrolet 2500 and the button to open the handle and move the cover not longer works unable to open the cover. Is there any fix?

We do have the Replacement Lock Assembly with Keys for RetraxPRO Tonneau Covers item # RTX25QR that may fix your problem. If you could pull a model number off of your cover I would be able to confirm if this is the correct replacement part for your truck's cover. It fits all manual RetraxPRO MX and RetraxPRO XR tonneau covers.
