I have the Demco autoslider hitch and was wondering if this curt puck to rails would work or if I have to purchase the Demco puck to rails?

Yes, you can use the Curt Adapter Rails # C88KR for the Demco Hijacker Autoslide with the puck system on your 2024 GMC Sierra 2500.
You might be interested in the Replacement Side Plates # DM49GV instead because they allow you to fit the Hijacker directly to your puck system instead of having to use a separate adapter kit.
