In one of the answers the overall length when retracted is shown as 18. However the schematics in another answer indicate 645mm 25.4. Which is accurate?

Hey Steve, the schematic that shows the 645 mm measurement is for the # ORJW500D which is the Ark 500 Series Off-Road Jack. The answer that shows the 18" retracted length is referencing the # ORJW350D which is the 350 series jack and is smaller than the 500 series. So, both answers are accurate since they are for different jacks.
