Could you tell me the starting watts and running watts?

The Advent Air Low Profile RV Air Conditioner # ADV56FR included with the Advent Air Low Profile RV AC Package # ASA78YR does not list specific starting and running watts. I was able to find information in a flyer for this AC that it has a rated wattage of 1,750W. I also pulled the Specs for the AC from the installation manual which shows power supply in amperage ratings. I have included this in the image below. The main reason they do not list starting and running wattages is the AC has capacitors which help to supply the power to the motor and it will draw different amounts of wattage based on the capacitor condition.
