Does MaxxFan Dome Vent Move Air in Both Directions

Question:
Will these fans move air both directions, in and out? Can you control the air flow direction?

The MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03812B does not move air in both directions. Per the manufacturer, this is an exhaust-only vent. There is not a similar option that does have a reversible fan.
