Can 2024 Subaru Outback Wagon Curt T-Connector 4-Way Be Ran Under the Vehicle

Can this be installed so the wire is not ran under the trunk door? More out of sight like the location of a factory truck trailer pin. For example, I have the kuat piston x pro that has brake/tailights. Since I leave the bike rack on 24/7 ideally I wouldn’t want a wire cord just hanging out running over the bumper. I hope this makes sense lol.

It makes perfect sense, and I completely agree with you Chris!
The wiring manufacturers tell people to drape it over the tailgate as a simple solution, but the clean look and readily available access makes mounting the 4-Way connector next to your hitch receiver much more desirable.
It looks like some of our other customers have been able to find a hole under the spare tire to route the Curt T-Connector 4-Way # C56040 through so that's what I recommend checking out on your 2024 Subaru Outback Wagon. Once the connector is down by your hitch receiver you can either use the Mounting Bracket # 18144 and mount it to your bumper, or the Mounting Bracket # C58001 which clamps around the receiver.
