Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Loctite PL marine fast cure in white. Now, if you're doing any kind of work out on boats or marine equipment, or if anything is exposed to water, you're gonna need a strong, flexible, and waterproof bond or seal. This is gonna be a great item to consider if you're looking for that. Now, this is a three ounce tube and this is going to be great for installing or resealing through hull fittings, mounting port lights or hatches, sealing deck to haul joints, repairing leaks or cracks, cracks and fiberglass, and waterproofing around screws, bolts, or joints. Now this is going to be specifically engineered for boats and harsh marine environments such as salt water, UV rays, hull flexing.
It's built to handle all of that and more without breaking down. Now, as you know, most marine sealants can take several days to cure. This one sets in about 30 minutes and then it fully cures in about 24 hours. So this is gonna be great for you if you're on a schedule or if you're working in a tight repair window. But once this cures, it does form a watertight seal that stays flexible, so it's gonna be perfect for your deck fittings, hull seams, or around hardware where that movement's gonna be inevitable.
This is gonna stick to almost anything fiber glass, gel coat, metal, plastic, vinyl, even damp surfaces. And a lot of adhesives can shrink or bubble, especially on wet surfaces, but this will not. It's gonna give you a smooth and even seal that's going to last. You can paint over this once it cures. So this is gonna be great for matching the surrounding aesthetics or surfaces on your boat or structure.
You're not gonna have to worry about any harsh solvents. Again, this is a three ounce tube bottle, but if you're looking for something larger for bigger projects, we do also carry this in a 10 ounce tube, rather, but you will need a caulk gun to apply that. If you do decide that this is going to be exactly what you need, we would love to hear back from you regarding how you're using this, where you're using it, and your experience with it. And you can share that by either leaving a comment or dropping a review on this product page, and we'd love to hear back from you. Well, that's gonna wrap up our quick look today.
I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
