  Hi Daniel; the BAJA Collection Ball Mount w/ 2" Ball and Hitch Pin - 5-1/4" Drop - 4" Rise # TS27VR is the best option for what you need. However, it won't come pre-torqued in the rise configuration so you will have to install the hitch ball yourself. None of our pre-torqued ball mounts come set with a 4" rise.
