Dimension for Yakima Enclosed Cargo Carrier to Fit Past Rear Spare

Question:
Without a hitch extender how many inches from pin to the inside 90 degree angle? I need to get past a spare and I need 12 inches from center of pin. I know the extender is 7 1/2 so I need the Y74ZR to extend an additional 4 1/2 to 5 inches. I added picture, it will go into hitch with the American flag.
