Best Trailer Hitch For 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Max Hybrid Platinum

I have a 2025 grand Highlander Max hybrid platinum. What all do I need to add a trailer hitch? Do I need a bumper cover, do I need a new door opening sensor?

Hello Mike, thanks for reaching out. We do offer a trailer hitch for the 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Max Hybrid Platinum. For that I recommend the following:
- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e69ZV.
This comes with everything needed to install. The receiver sits right underneath the bumper, so no bumper cover is needed. The hitch will not block the rear kick sensor if present. Sometimes if the sensor is located directly above the hitch, the sensor can be blocked in the area directly under the receiver. In these cases the sensor will still work, you just have to waive your foot on either side of the receiver to get it to activate.
