Is there any solution for brakes on a 3500 lbs snowmobile trailer axle that will work with 10 wheels? To make things more challenging I would like galvanized due to the salt / rust.

Expert Reply:
You would have to convert to Disc Brakes # KOD87FR to fit a 10" wheel on your 3,500lb axle. This hub uses the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. These are Dacromet coated which is almost as good as a galvanized coating but is definitely better than just paint. Depending on our snowmobile trailer you would need either a surge style disc brake Actuator # T47457007K or a electric over hydraulic Actuator # CAR-HBA16-2.
