Question:

Hello I’m considering upgrading the suspension, except the leaf springs on my 2022, FR Salem Hemisphere 356QB. Would like to upgrade the equalizers, wet bolts and shackles. Current suspension does not have wet bolts. Looking at the various options, I’m uncertain as to which upgrade kit would work best yet not expensive and can’t be self installed. Thanks

For your 2022 Forest River Salem Hemisphere I would recommend going with the MORryde AllTrek 4000 cushioned equalizers like the part # MR29DR for if you have a 35 inch wheelbase or the part # MR89DR for if you have a 33 inch wheelbase. The reason I like these is that they have vertical and horizontal cushioning unlike other options that have one or the other.

Then for the hardware upgrade it comes down to the length of the shackles you have now as well. If they are 3-1/8 inch you would want the part # MR76ZR and if they are 2-1/4 inch part # MR58ZR .
