Question:

On the BW hitch for the multi functional tailgates Do you make a 2” ball that has has the small ball next to it for my anti sway-bar? I have a 1955 Rod-n- reel 16ft trailer and it sways pretty badly over 55 mph without it. But I like the feature of being able to use The multifunction tailgate without having to take out my hitch every time.

The B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - Compatible with GM MultiPro Tailgate # BW44FR, and other options like it, don't come with a tab for an anti-sway bar but we do have the Curt Weld-On Sway Control Tab # C45822 which you can use to modify the B&W ball mount to fit your towing application.

B&W didn't add provisions like this so you'll want to make sure to think about how you'll use the ball mount prior to welding this tab on so you get it in the right place the first time. I recommend having an experienced welder install the tab for you.
