Can you use a cargo carrier rack for RV bumper and still flat tow a car?

Expert Reply:
As long as you RV Bumper is rated to carry the weight of one of the Cargo Carriers # e99050, # e99049 or # e96ZR and the receiver sits far enough below your bumper for your tow bar there is no reason you would not be able to use them together.
Another option which is very popular is using a Dual Hitch # RM-077-8 with a hitch mounted Cargo Carrier # C18152. There are several different height and separation sizes available depending on the height you need your tow bar to sit. If you can provide me with some pictures of your setup along with the heights of your receiver, bumper and the mounts on your flat tow vehicle I can help you to determine your best options.
