Yes, and no but I have one that'll do both. The Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock item # ML389DAT you were looking at will fit a Demco A-Frame Coupler with EZ Latch item # 12660-97SP but not gooseneck couplers.
For a coupler lock that does both you'll need the InfiniteRule Lock for Demco eZ-Latch Trailer Couplers item # IR66FR.
