The correct front mount hitch receiver for your 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV is the Curt # C31012. The EcoHitch # EH58RR you're looking at is for a Silverado so it won't work.
We don't have any front tow hooks for your Escalade as far as the OEM style goes, but we do have some tow hooks like part # C45832 that can be secured in the front receiver.
