Yes, the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960134 will indeed fit a 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn. You will just need to have access to a 4-flat connector. If you do not have one already, I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118384.
