I have a 2013 Chevrolet 3500 Silverado W/T crew cab long wheel base cab and chasis truck. Will this work on it? Thanks!

Since your 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500 is a cab and chassis model you'll need to use the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500. There are other B&W gooseneck hitches that will fit a 3500 but those are designed for if you have the factory truck bed. Cab and chassis models are a bit different as the frame is narrower so this universal design for a flatbed is what you'll want to go with.
