Does this hitch fit the new 2024 Volvo XC60 Recharge? I need it for a bike rack.

Yes, it does! The Curt Hitch item # C92WR has been confirmed to fit the 2024 Volvo XC60 Recharge. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Volvo with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver so it will work with almost every bike rack on the market.

I really like the Curt Hitch item # C92WR because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper cover leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only helps with ground clearance but it also looks better.

I have linked an installation video below and attached a couple of pictures so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.

@Robert Sorry Robert it does not and we do not have a hitch for a s60 plug in hybrid.

@JerredH Hi Jerrod...yesterday, I was at a body shop and we put my car on a lift (volvo s60 plug in hybrid). We were looking at the possible connection point of a hitch and it measured approximately 41 to 42 inches across. He thought he could drill matching holes into the flanges at either end of that curtis hitch and therefore sandwich it in at a point of enough strength in order to use it for my bike rack. He could make any minor mods to the plastic or aluminum in that area easily as well. I have an electric bike that weighs approximately 45 lbs (its on the lighter side for electric bikes)and I am 84 yrs old and it the Thule hitch which solves the weight lifting problem for me) and the hitch about another 15 lbs or so. I looked up the width of the S60 model and see that it widened by approximately 3 inches from 2022 to 2023/4.

@Robert Hey Robert for liability reasons I can't recommend anything related to what you're wanting to do with the Curt Hitch item # C92WR. It's not designed for your Volvo so doing what you're talking about would not only void any warranty coverage provided by Curt but also void any warranty Volvo provides you. I really hope you trust your mechanic because if you go forward with this you will be liable for any damages caused by a failure.
