Expert Reply:
Typically you have to replace the entire Follow Leg for the landing gear. We do have a few different replacement legs below as this is currently the only way we carry the sleeve you are looking for is part of the entire leg.
Replacement Follow Leg for Keystone Montana 5th Wheel Landing Gear # LC178652
Replacement Follow Leg for Venture 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear # LC119101
Replacement Follow Leg for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear - 33-1/2" # LG-177201
While I have no way to look up your trailer information if you can find any markings on the leg itself or provide me with images and the overall as well as mounting tab measurements for your current legs I can verify the correct replacement and if the manufacturer offers just the extender sleeve separately from the leg.
