I have a 2023 Ford F150 with the built in scales option, how will these if at all, possibly affect weight readings when I load with cargo?

Installation of the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504E on your 2023 Ford F-150 will impact the scale. The system operates by reading how level the back of your truck is. It will still work for lighter loads but anything that makes you sag to the point the Timbrens engage won't be accurate.
