Yes, it will! I recommend the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender item # Y02483. The BackSwing will pivot 90 degrees to your passenger side. It fits 2" receivers and has a 250 lbs weight capacity. This 250 lbs weight capacity is common amongst the swing out adapters.
The BackSwing item # Y02483 will work great with the 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches item # M2200.
