I wasn't able to find a trustworthy source to determine the bearings and grease seal for your TDE 46210 hubs so you'll need to measure the spindle with a set of calipers # PTW80157 at points B, C, and D for the grease seal and bearing inner diameters so that I can confirm the proper replacement. If you look at the grease seal and bearings and any of the numbers stamped into them are still legible then I can just use those as well.
Once we have these dimensions we can then measure for the bolt pattern so that the wheels can be mounted on the hub. Let me know what you find and I'd be happy to find the correct replacement hubs for your trailer.
For example, the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # AKIHUB-545-35-K you were looking at has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and has the following bearing and grease seal inner diameters:
Inner bearing: # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter)
Outer bearing: # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter)
Grease Seal # 58846 (1.719" inner diameter)
