Question:
My wheel stud is actually 2-1/2 long from base to end of thread and 2-3/4 from end to end. 1/2x 20 and 0.5420 where the teeth are.

For that you will need the Wheel Studs # RG03-080. This is sold as a pack of 4 and has the same 2-3/4 overall length with 1/2"-20 threaded stud and 0.542" knurled teeth to grip inside the hub.
