Are The Support Brackets For RV Bumper Included With The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e99049?

The pictures of the 24x60 Cargo carrier for the rear bumper shows two bumper support brackets being supplied with the kit. Not the brackets used to install the basket to the bumper but brackets that beef up the bumper to frame. Are these supplied with the basket, as they arent in the assembly drawing?

Yes, the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Universal RV Bumper Support Brackets # MO34VR are included with the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99049. The supports are not included in the instructions assembly drawing as it not always able to be used with every bumper and is a separate component. The instructions for both of these are included at the bottom of the page.
