Height of the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper In Folded Position

Question:
Would it be possible to get the vertical measurement from the top of the bumper to the top of the carrier in the folded position? The specs list the carriers outside dimension at 25-7/8, but I imagine that does not account for the thickness of the mounting bracket or any space between the bumper and the carrier in the folded position.

The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99049 is going to measure 25-7/8" above your bumper since the outer dimensions of the carrier is slightly smaller at 25-5/8". That extra 1/4" is from the extra materials.
