Does Bearing Buddy Grease Seal Sleeve Need to Fit Tight to Spindle

my bearing buddy spindle sleeve is not tight when I put it on need I use loctite 271 or not?

As long as it's the correct size for your spindle it does not need to fit super tight as the o-ring provides the seal that allows it to not leak.
