Yes, your Townie Go 5 E bikes will fit nicely on the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202. This rack is essentially made to accommodate these kind of e-bikes, whether it is a step-thru or step-over frame.

Based on what I can see online, your bikes should weigh about 50 lbs and have a wheelbase of just under 47". The Thule EasyFold will accommodate two bikes weighing up to 65 lbs apiece, and a maximum wheelbase of 51-3/16". So you are well within parameters fitment wise.

Also, the frame clamps on the Thule EasyFold are highly adjustable and will fit virtually any frame style. It appears that your bikes have a fairly standard frame as far as e-bikes go.

The image below will show you a good example of the EasyFold being used with two larger step thru e-bikes. As you can see the frame clamps can be placed basically anywhere on the frame. So fitting your bikes will be no problem.
